Pictured below is a piece of large scale duct work for a low pressure, high volume water pump system that will eventually be used for an amusement park ride. Due to the size and odd shapes of the flat patterns, it is sometimes difficult to quickly layout the appropriate bend guidelines. Our customer found that it was less expensive to have Miller Mechanical use our Flow Waterjet to not only cut the panel but also to precision etch them at the same time. This saves their press brake operator time on their production cycle. This particular Waterjet process produces accurate and repeatable layout lines that help build profit into our customers low quantity production runs.
