Seen here is the oval section of a chip chute being fabricated for a pulp and paper mill in Pine Hill, Alabama.  It is made from 304L stainless steel with carbon steel ribs or horizontal stiffeners to maintain the shape.  A manway, top section and two carbon steel heads will eventually be attached to this section. Two of our talented fabricators, Jim and Eric are currently working on the project.
