Pictured below are photos taken today noting the Finch Paper scraper repair in progress. A 16 inch end section of both scraper arms has been removed and the fabricators here at Miller are in the process of the repair. This particular scraper is made from 317L stainless steel. When Joe and Mike have finished the welds on the repaired scraper arms, the welds will be UT’d (Ultrasonic Testing) and then the entire scraper will be sent out for heat treatment. This scraper will be used at the bottom for their digester attached to their outlet device.
