This is an aluminum support structure assembly being fabricated for a local electrical engineering firm. Pictured here is one of Miller’s top-notch welders assuring correct measurements.

Also pictured is the aluminum structure being Q.C.’d to guarantee ease of assembly.

 Finally the aluminum I beams are being readied for shipment.

This project was made from 6061 T 6 aluminum.   This is a precipitation hardening  aluminum alloy, containing magnesium and silicon as its major alloying elements. It has good mechanical properties and exhibits good weldability. It is one of the most common alloys of aluminum for general purpose use.
