A regional contractor was put to task on a historic building in New Hampshire. Part of the restoration effort was to restore sets of massive granite columns that had water damage from decades of exposure. Instead of replacing the granite columns, they were able to remove damaged areas. It was essential to match the granite as closely as possible and to replicate the trim accurately. The components you see pictured below are ½” wide trim rings for the base and top of the columns. They will be attached to the column and edge finished once set. Miller was able to handle the material and parts without any loss. If you have an odd project, call today or email Patrick at Patrick@millermech.com to see how Miller can be of assistance.
