A local equipment manufacturer brought us a new project with the purpose to save money and improve quality. Our skilled water jet professional was able to reduce material usage by tightly nesting parts and hence reducing about 1/3 of the material required. He then used the Time-Saver to achieve a consistent finish and then sent the parts for a Type II clear anodize to help protect the appearance. The bottom photo indicates the raw machined part vs. finished/anodized part.
